As an award - winning specialist college, Leeds College of Building is proud to support one of the UK's largest and most diverse employment sectors. We are now seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Maths Department, playing a vital role in supporting staff, learners, and departmental operations. .

Based within the Maths Department, you will act as the first point of contact and provide high - quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day - to - day activities. .

Your key responsibilities will include: .

Using Microsoft Office and the College's data information systems (such asProSolution) tomaintain accurate student records, timetables, and registers
Creating, updating, andmaintainingtracking and monitoring documentation
Communicating effectively with internal teams, learners, and external partners
Maintainingaccurate records and filing systems
Collating and preparing agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in line with college procedures

You will be highly organised, IT - literate, and confident in managing a varied workload. You will also bring: .

Relevant experience in an administrative oroffice - basedrole
Excellent organisational and communication skills
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 9-1 (A-C) or an equivalent Level 2 qualification (or willingness to achieve this during the probationary period).
