Full job description

PRIVATE PRACTICE * Front of House Role *

This is an important role within our practice for an energetic and personable individual who is highly skilled at communicating with the public in person, and by phone, email, SMS, zoom.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and will have responsibility for signposting them and assisting them with their enquiries and bookings. This will involve using CRM systems and databases to understand incoming patient enquiries, and to then proactively contact and communicate with these prospective patients in order to help them schedule their first appointment.

You will need to have excellent telephone manner, and good organisational skills, with excellent punctuality and motivation to succeed and do the best you can.

The most important skills we expect are:

- CONFIDENCE IN SPEAKING FACE TO FACE AND ON THE PHONE
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION

We are a boutique private dental clinic in the heart of Leicestershire looking for a dedicated front of house team player.

Our clinic is committed to providing clinical excellence with comprehensive and bespoke smile and dental treatments. We offer orthodontics, implant surgery, smile design and makeovers, as well as quality general dentistry.

We are looking for team members who show commitment and dedication to their role, able to work well independently and as a team. We carefully select our team to ensure everyone is there for a shared purpose - to provide the best possible quality of care. Our team will always go the extra mile for every single patient, and we provide the best possible patient journey from start to finish.

Front of House/Patient co-ordinator staff are expected to have a great public image, be extremely confident in their communication with the public and the team, and be telephone and computer literate. You will be liaising with patients and the team verbally, in person, by email, by phone, and via social media channels.

There is also scope for growth for the right candidate within the business within both our clinical and non-clinical teams. We want to carefully grow our team to provide the best possible environment for our staff, our clinicians and our patients.

This is a full time role, and the clinic is open Monday to Saturday.
