The Role

Support Administrator

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

£27,976

Purpose

The Support Administrator is a hybrid role that will provide high-quality administrative support to the Commercial Development Managers and Account Managers, as well as the wider business.

Sales Support

Processing business orders across multiple systems.
Customer portal management.
Review the recording of sales by the Commercial Development Team to ensure accuracy.

Query Support & Resolution

Respond to Customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate any recurring queries to management for future preventative measures.
Administer credit notes and price removals.

Essential Skills and Experience

Organisation and planning
Ability to use own initiative
Good interpersonal skills
Tactful with the ability to deal with difficult situations
Resilient with good judgement
Proactive
2 or more years of Customer Service support
Service industry environment
