Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a team, and create a welcoming environment for our patrons. Candidates with a background in restaurant bar or nightclub settings will thrive

Must have minimum 3 years expereince

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
Manage daily operations, including stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Develop innovative drink menus and oversee the presentation of beverages to enhance customer experience
Train staff on serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment, ideally in bars, restaurants or hotels
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Background in restaurant or hotel service roles, including serving or barista experience, is advantageous
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with hospitality regulations and best practices in food safety and hygiene
