Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical tasks
Utilise Microsoft Office for document preparation and communication
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

Skills

Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles being highly advantageous
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Demonstrated phone etiquette to provide a positive impression to callers
Clerical experience is beneficial, particularly in managing correspondence and documentation
