Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. The role involves physical labour, adherence to health and safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times.
Support the organisation and tidiness of the worksite, including waste removal and equipment storage.
Carry out general manual labour tasks such as mixing, lifting, and moving supplies or equipment.
Operate basic tools and machinery following training and safety guidelines.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to minimise risks on site.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices relevant to manual work environments. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in a supportive team setting, with opportunities for personal growth within the organisation.
