Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless stay. This role is perfect for someone with hospitality management experience who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Duty Manager, you'll be the go-to person for guest relations, staff supervision, and operational excellence, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette, ensuring prompt and professional guest interactions.
Supervise hotel staff across departments such as guest services, human resources, and housekeeping to maintain high standards of hospitality.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage hotel operations during your shift, including revenue management, budgeting, and night audit procedures.
Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
Support training and development of team members to enhance their skills in hospitality management and guest relations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, revenue management strategies, and night audit procedures.
Deep understanding of guest services, human resources practices, and hotel operations.
Experience with budgeting, front desk management, and resort environments preferred.
