Leisure Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Leisure Advisor to join our Leisure Services team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide a welcoming experience, handle enquiries, bookings and memberships, promote our leisure facilities and services, and help achieve sales and membership targets. You will play an important role in supporting customers to make the most of our leisure centres while delivering excellent customer service

About the candidate:

You will be a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and working with people. You will have good IT, literacy and numeracy skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a positive, proactive approach. Experience in a sales, leisure or customer-facing environment would be advantageous, particularly where you have promoted memberships, achieved targets or worked with booking systems.

Flexibility to work across different sites, including evenings and weekends when required, is essential.
