Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide valuations, using local knowledge and tools provided by us.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of using us to sell their homes.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates

About the Role
This is a permanent, part-time position.
You’ll work alongside one of South Liverpool’s top-performing property teams, with full support from a dedicated in-house administrator to coordinate photography and marketing. Our experienced team handles viewings, feedback, reductions, and negotiations—so you can focus on what you do best: winning instructions.
We prioritise quality over quantity, limiting your day to just three valuations. This gives you time to deliver a high-quality pitch and follow up properly with potential clients.
Uncapped tiered commission (up to 10% of the sales fee)
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous estate agent experience as a valuer is advantageous, demonstrating strong organisational capabilities.
- Confident, persuasive pitch with strong negotiation skills
- Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions.
- A proven track record in estate agency roles will be beneficial.
- Confident, professional and well-presented.
- Team player, honest and personable.

Hours and Salary
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Contract: Part-time, permanent, 3 days per week guaranteed, potential for up to 5 days
Working pattern: 3-5 days per week, including every other Saturday (days in the week negotiable)
Office Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Fri: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Sat: 10:00am to 4:00pm. We close on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
