We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa therapist to join our team, here at the award winning Hope Street Hotel Spa, voted best city spa in the UK 2023 by the good spa guide.

Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a privately owned, multi award-winning hotel with 149 bedrooms and suites, a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The London Carriage Works, an informal pizza restaurant, 1931, an extensive luxury spa, and eight first-class private dining, conference and events spaces including a cinema.

The spa is the largest in Liverpool and the only urban spa in the North West to receive 5 Bubbles from the Good Spa Guide. It boasts an impressive thermal area, 15m indoor pool, outdoor vitality pool, treatment rooms, double hammam, rasul, manicure/pedicure suite, spa lounge, and well-equipped gym and studio. Temple Spa and The Gel Bottle are our luxury face and body products – chosen for all round ethical and award-winning excellence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the beauty industry, to join our team.

We have 24 hour position available and with busy periods this will increase to 32 hours, which include working weekends. Must be fully flexible.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3, well presented and professional at all times.

You will have a strong customer satisfaction background, ensuring our guest receive the perfect spa treatment and experience, putting our guests and clients at the heart of all we do.

Attention to detail and ensuring your treatment room and collectively all areas of the spa are always presented to their very best.

Offering the highest quality professional service to our clients encouraging them to recommend and return for future treatments and packages.

Preferred skills and experience

Trained to NVQ level 3

Preferred to have at least 1 years’ experience in a luxury spa

Trained in Temple Spa would be fantastic, however in house training will be delivered

Exemplary people skills and a key eye for detail.

Accustomed to Premier software is preferable

Knowledge of and interest in a wide range of other complimentary, spa and health promoting treatments.
