Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Football Party Coach and ignite the passion for sports among young enthusiasts! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging football-themed activities, foster teamwork, and create memorable experiences for children and teenagers during fun-filled parties and events. Your enthusiasm and coaching expertise will inspire participants to develop their skills, enjoy the game, and build confidence in a lively, supportive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love of sports with your talent for teaching and motivating others.

Responsibilities

Lead and organize football games, drills, and activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Create a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Teach fundamental football techniques such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defensive skills in an engaging manner
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment
Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and team members to ensure smooth event flow and address any concerns
Assist in setting up equipment, organizing game stations, and maintaining a clean activity area
Provide feedback and encouragement to help participants improve their skills while having fun

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching youth sports programs
Passion for football and working with children or teenagers in active settings
Strong communication skills to motivate and instruct diverse groups of participants
Ability to lead energetic sessions while maintaining safety standards at all times
Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings as needed for events
Enthusiastic attitude with a positive approach that inspires confidence and enjoyment among participants
