About the Role

Want to turn your people skills and enthusiasm into a career in events?

We are looking for a friendly and organised Event Services Assistant to support event activities in London. This role is ideal for freshers, graduates and career starters who enjoy working with people and want to develop experience in events, customer service and coordination.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist event attendees professionally.
Support event set-up, preparation and breakdown activities.
Provide information and assistance to guests during events.
Help coordinate schedules, materials and event requirements.
Communicate with customers, suppliers and team members.
Assist with registration and attendee enquiries.
Maintain organised event areas and materials.
Support the team with event administration and records.
Help resolve routine event-day issues.
Participate in training and development activities.

Requirements

Experience

Previous experience in relevant event management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
