Data Entry & Administrative Assistant

Location: London, Sloane Square

Start Date: October 2026

Contract: Part-time. Fixed-term contract for 12 months,

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to support our business with invoice processing, document management, and general administrative tasks. This role involves accurately entering and updating data in internal systems, maintaining records, and ensuring information is organised and accessible. The role requires a strong focus on detail, time management, and clear communication with colleagues and external contacts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience. Full training will be provided, and previous accounting experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Enter invoices and financial documents into company systems
Locate, organise and maintain invoice receipts and supporting records
Match receipts to credit card statements
Follow up on unpaid invoices using provided templates and procedures
Update spreadsheets and internal records accurately
Assist with general administrative and office support tasks

Requirements

Strong focus on detail
Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organisational skills
Reliable and able to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous administration or data entry experience is desirable but not essential

What We Offer

Fixed-term contract for 12 months, subject to regular performance and business needs reviews
