About Us

Welcome to Galeta Bakery!

We are a fast-paced pioneer in premium bakery products across London and the UK. Known for quality, innovation, and a rich selection of artisanal goods, our products are a staple in prestigious locations including the likes of Curzon, Tate, Selfridges and cutting-edge restaurants, cafes and coffee shops throughout the UK.

Role Overview

We are now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Packer for our production site in Hayes.

As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, ensuring items are packed securely and accurately, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

You will be working 5 days per week between 18:00pm and 3:00am.

Responsibilities

Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment.
Ensure that all packages are accurate and damage-free.
Inspect items to verify they meet quality standards before packing.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area.
Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory tasks when required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Prior demonstrable experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing roles preferred.
Ability to lift/move boxes up as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work any day of the week.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse/production setting.
