Full job description

Office admin person required to work full time 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday) in a small very busy Electrical Contractors office.

The right candidate must ideally have some office experience, have good work ethics be willing to learn with knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel and be able to multi-task.

Required Experience/Skills Administrative Experience Customer Service Experience Attention to detail. Able to Manage and maintain own workload.

Salary to be determined.

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth office functioning.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
