Full job description

Could you be our next support worker?

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our small Supported Living Service in Louth, supporting people with sensory loss and learning disabilities to live independently. This is a permanent position offering 7.5 hours per week at £13.00 per hour, with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews, across a variety of shifts.

This role might include supporting people with:

Everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Personal care and hygiene
Finances and medication management
Community trips, appointments, and days out
Their social lives and activities

We are looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and resilient
Comfortable with lone working
Flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of the people you support
Passionate about enhancing the lives of the people they support

Experience is welcome but not essential; what matters most is the right values and attitude.
