YOUR ROLE AS A LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will mainly handle the revenue generating parts of business which will include:

· Prospecting – Finding new business.

· Valuing rental properties and getting the instruction from the landlord.

· Answering phone calls

· Booking viewings

· Attending viewings

· Advising tenants on how to proceed

· Agreeing the deal terms with tenant and landlord.

· Tenancy management

HOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN?

Your basic salary will depend on your existing experience and ability as a Lettings Negotiator.

Alongside your basic salary, you will earn recurring commission on the business you generate. For every fully managed property you bring on, you build ongoing residual income year after year whilst the property remains managed by you, typically averaging around £250+ per property annually in recurring commission alone.

As well as that, you also earn commission linked to performance, portfolio growth and customer service, which adds several hundred pounds per month on top of your regular earnings.

This is not a role where your income stays stagnant or capped. As your portfolio and experience grow, your income also continuously increases month after month and year after year without fail.

WORKING HOURS:

Full Time. Typical working hours are 40 hours a week.

HOLIDAYS:

- 24 day of annual leave. Plus bank holidays. (32 TOTAL)

- 4 Team Building Days Out

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:

As Lettings Negotiator, this role is more focused on continuous development, progression and helping you achieve your full potential within the industry.

You will receive ongoing support, guidance and development to help you continuously improve your skills, grow your portfolio, increase your income and progress your career long-term within the company.

As you can expect, we would be very careful as to who we can let into our team. We really want to get to know you before giving a yes. Therefore, you can expect a simple 3 stage process:

Stage 1 video pre-recorded interview is just to get to know you.

Stage 2 is an in-person meeting with myself (Director) over coffee or tea (I’m a coffee person).

Stage 3 is where you get to meet the team, they will ask you questions, and you can ask them questions. On the same day, you will try out your role for the full day in the office. We will assess your abilities, and you will get a chance to see what it’s like to work with us.
