Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Lyme Regis Care Home is currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly and professional care team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected nursing home committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Please note: This is a self-employed position. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role, and applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will work closely with a caring and professional team to ensure every resident receives compassionate and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality personal care in line with individual care plans
Assisting residents with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, and emotional support
Promoting residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
Building positive and professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the home
Working collaboratively with senior staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
