Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale infrastructure developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources efficiently, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to bring ambitious construction visions to life. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming plans into reality while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.

Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Develop comprehensive project timelines using Primavera P6 project management software to optimize resource allocation and sequencing.
Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Utilize Civil 3D software for site design review, grading plans, and ensuring alignment with engineering specifications.
Manage project documentation meticulously, including progress reports, change orders, and safety records.
Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to project changes swiftly.

Experience

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects across infrastructure or civil engineering sectors.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for site design coordination and review.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaboration on-site.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance practices in construction environments.
Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
