The Opportunity - Maintenance Electrician

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team, replacing a retiring colleague. This is a key role supporting site operations, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical fault finding and repair on Assembly plant and equipment and CNC machining centres

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Breakdown response to minimise downtime

Support installations and improvement projects

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards

Requirements

Time-served electrician or equivalent qualification

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong fault-finding skills

PLC fault finding

Experience with motors and drives, PLC’s,
