About the Role

We are seeking an organised and experienced Business Support Manager to coordinate daily business-support activities, oversee administrative workflows, and maintain high service standards.

You will manage team priorities, monitor operational performance, maintain business records, prepare reports, and support improvements across administrative and client-service processes.

This position is suited to someone with established experience in business administration, professional services, operations, or client support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily business-support and administrative activities
Manage team workloads, priorities, and deadlines
Monitor service standards and operational performance
Maintain accurate client and business records
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and performance summaries
Coordinate activities between internal departments
Monitor outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up
Support client onboarding and account administration
Review administrative procedures and recommend improvements
Maintain internal documents, policies, and process guides
Support staff with routine operational issues
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business activities
Monitor key performance indicators
Assist with resource and workload planning
Resolve routine client and administrative concerns
Support employee training and procedural guidance
Maintain confidentiality when handling business information
Follow company and data-protection procedures

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Three or more years of experience in business administration, operations, professional services, or client support
Experience coordinating administrative workflows or team activities
Previous responsibility for preparing reports and monitoring performance
Experience supporting colleagues or managing day-to-day priorities is preferred

Skills

Strong organisation and workload-management abilities
Good people and team-coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Confident problem-solving and decision-making
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage several priorities and deadlines
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and business systems

Education

Qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related subject is preferred
