Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure operational efficiency across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management within the NHS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimise processes, and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Duties

Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service delivery
Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging professional development
Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and standards in line with company objectives
Coordinate with other teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare reports for senior management and beyond.
Manage administrative tasks including resource allocation
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff.

Skills

Proven operational management experience with strong supervisory skills.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and drive results.
Excellent organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in administrative tasks such as reporting, and record keeping.
Experience in organisational / operatiional planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.

Previous operational experience highly desirable.
