Job Summary
Cinema de Lux Derby is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. As a key member of our cinema staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the smooth operation of the cinema, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant entertainment setting, providing memorable experiences for our visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Assist guests with ticketing, concessions, and seating arrangements
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cinema auditorium and communal areas
Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Support management in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Uphold health and safety standards in line with company policies
Contribute to a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with team members
Promote special events or promotions to enhance guest engagement

Qualifications

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak times as required
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about entertainment and customer service, seeking an engaging environment where they can develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Pay: £12.00-£250.00 per hour
