Sales Executive – Renewable Energy

Location: Unit 9 Paisley Business Park, Pant Industrial Estate, Merthyr Tydfil. CF48 2AX

Salary: £13.45 per hour + progression opportunities

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin or build a career in sales within the renewable energy sector.

You’ll support the sales team by speaking with customers who have already shown interest in our services, helping qualify leads, maintaining customer relationships and learning the sales process from experienced colleagues.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager, receiving ongoing training and support to develop your knowledge of renewable energy products and sales techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with inbound and outbound customer enquiries
Speaking with warm leads and helping qualify sales opportunities
Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and customer communication
Building positive relationships with customers and lead partners
Updating customer information and maintaining accurate CRM records
Learning to create customer quotes using EasyPV and internal systems to support our design team
Supporting reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress
Working alongside marketing, customer support and installation teams
Attending training sessions to develop product and industry knowledge
General admin duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills, positive telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers
Organised with good attention to detail
Good IT skills and willingness to learn
Interest in sales, customer service or renewable energy
Previous sales or customer service experience beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential
