Full job description

Duties/Responsibilities

Support the Sales Administrator;
Support the Sales Director on occasions;
Daily interaction with Sales Reps;
Quote/order generation;
Dealing with enquires from Sales Reps;
Holiday Cover for the Sales Administrator;
Updating Excel Spreadsheets and databases;
Liaising with Hire Desk;
Carrying out weekly reports;
Other Ad –hoc duties;
Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the entire Generator Power Group of Companies;
Treat all other employees and all our customers professionally and with respect;

Key Skills / Experience:

Essential:

GCSE in English & Maths.

Experience & Skills:

Confident with IT and computer packages;
Competent on Microsoft Excel;
Proven Sales Administration experience
Administration experience;
Excellent organisation skills;
Brilliant communication skills;
Good multitasking and organisational ability;
Attention to detail;
Strong written communications.

Personal characteristics/Attributes required:

Work well on own initiative and as part of a team;
Ability to ensure the work gets done in a timely and effective manner;
Positive attitude and self-motivated;
Ability to follow Company policy and procedures.

The Company will offer you the following:-

Company pension scheme - The company will pay 3% towards your pension;
22 paid holidays a year plus 8 paid bank holidays;
Company Loyalty Scheme - which gives an enhanced holiday entitlement on completion of 3 years’ service, this will increase by 1 day’s holiday per year of additional employment up to the maximum of 5 extra days.
