The Senior Administrator role is focused on ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional running of day-to-day office operations while providing vital administrative, client, and communication support to the wider team. The position acts as a central coordination point—managing schedules, systems, and correspondence, while maintaining strong client interactions and supporting internal workflows.
It combines operational oversight, team coordination, and client-facing responsibilities, ensuring that administrative processes are organised, compliant, and continuously improved, while also supporting communication, facilities, and business activities across the organisation. This role requires a highly organised, approachable, and dependable individual who can balance multiple responsibilities, take ownership of processes, and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Team Coordination
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Support diary management across the team
- Maintain and improve internal administrative processes and systems.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely authorisation and submission of VAT and CIS returns.
Office Operations & Facilities Management
- Coordinate with IT on office IT issues and track support tickets
Client & Business Support
- Manage client records and archiving processes
- Provide front-of-house support (welcoming visitors, refreshments, ID checks/scanning)
- Answer incoming phone calls and deal with client enquiries, directing calls where necessary.
Communications & Marketing Support
- Collate team content for client newsletter communications
- Send out regular briefing to the team including important updates and useful information
- Support internal and external communications as required
Post & Correspondence Handling
- Manage incoming post, ensuring items are opened, reviewed, and distributed to the appropriate team members.
- Forward relevant correspondence to clients where necessary.
- Ensure all outgoing communications are logged and actioned efficiently.

We are currently taking steps to decrease our water usage, and compost office food waste. We take it seriously.
