About Us

Finchley Studios is a busy media and production studio used for podcasts, filming, interviews, branded content, educational videos, and other production work.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help keep the studios clean, tidy, well-maintained, and ready for clients.

About the Role

This role will involve general handyman work, maintenance, cleaning, painting, decorating, equipment upkeep, and keeping the building and studios to a high standard.

The right person must take pride in keeping the space clean, organised, safe, and presentable for clients and staff.

Main Duties

General handyman and maintenance work around the building.
Painting, decorating, filling, touch-ups, and minor repairs.
Regular cleaning duties across the studios and communal areas.
Keeping studio rooms clean, tidy, organised, and client-ready.
Maintaining equipment, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Helping set up and reset studios before and after bookings.
Moving, organising, and storing studio items and equipment.
Reporting maintenance or safety issues to management.
Supporting the team with day-to-day building upkeep.

Skills Required

Previous handyman, maintenance, cleaning, decorating, or facilities experience.
Comfortable using basic tools and maintenance equipment.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with physical tasks, lifting, moving, and organising items.
Good spoken English.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
