The Early Years Educator role offers a salary range of £27,500 to £30,000, and is a full time, 40 hours per week position. Take the chance to build a remarkable career in a fast-growing international company.

What we’re looking for

For the Early Years Educator role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum. Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014. Kido are looking for Early Years Educators to join the team at Kido International Nursery & preschool Crouch End, Earl Haig Hall, 18 Elder Ave, London N8 9DE

Create a nurturing environment — Support a safe, engaging
space where children can learn and thrive.

Be a consistent key person — Offer comfort, stability, and
strong relationships for your key children.

Use varied teaching strategies — Adapt approaches to meet
different learning styles and interests.

Create enabling environments — Set up inspiring spaces

Support SEND needs — Work with families and professionals
to provide tailored support for children with additional needs.

Safeguard children effectively — Follow safeguarding
procedures and report concerns promptly to the DSL.

Carry out safety checks — Contribute to daily health and
safety routines and risk assessments.
