Job Summary

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Care Navigator/Receptionist, where you will be the friendly face and organised voice that supports patients and staff alike. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, and provide compassionate assistance to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment while facilitating efficient communication across departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient care and community health.

Duties

Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with precision and care
Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly
Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and administrative documentation
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary forms are completed accurately
Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication during busy clinic hours

Qualifications

Prior experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and professionalism
Administrative experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
