We are a highly enthusiastic team dedicated to a vital mission: managing and collecting attendance and educational data to directly benefit and protect vulnerable children. As our company rapidly expands, we are looking for a proactive, energetic individual to join us in making a real difference.

The Role

We are seeking an outgoing, proactive, and forward-thinking individual to join our dynamic team and directly support Senior Management. This is a varied, fast-paced role where daily operational support meets the future of technology.

A key focus of this role will be leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) packages to help streamline our workflows, optimize our daily activities, and contribute to company growth. You will also be a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the gold-standard service we are known for.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively and confidently contact local authority clients directly, providing updates and ensuring seamless communication.

AI & Innovation: Utilise and implement AI tools/packages to improve daily workflows, analyze data trends, and help scale company operations.

Daily Operations: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all daily tasks, data management, and client updates are executed efficiently.

Management Support: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Senior Management.

Data Handling: Assist in the accurate processing and cross-referencing of attendance data using standard office software.

What We Are Looking For

Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of AI packages and tools, alongside a mastery of everyday basics like Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard office software.

Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills. You must be outgoing, confident on the phone, and excellent at building relationships with clients.

Energy & Drive: An enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic approach to work, with a genuine desire to contribute to a growing team.

Organized: Able to manage your own workload effectively across a hybrid working model.
