Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Night Shift Receptionist to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests arriving during overnight hours. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent communication skills will ensure a smooth check-in process, provide exceptional guest services, and uphold the welcoming atmosphere of our establishment. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences around the clock.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression during night hours
Manage all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries with professionalism via phone and in person, providing accurate information and assistance
Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the premises
Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies with a calm and solution-oriented approach
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming throughout your shift
Document all relevant activities, incidents, and guest interactions accurately in shift reports

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, Excellent English language skills required.
Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently during overnight hours
Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic administrative tasks
Knowledge of security procedures and CCTV monitoring is a plus
