Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a range of beauty treatments, including makeup application, in a welcoming and professional manner. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

Perform various beauty treatments such as makeup application, skincare, and other specialised therapies
Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate beauty products to clients
Ensure all equipment is properly sterilised and maintained according to health and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience in makeup application and other beauty therapy services
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
Professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
A genuine passion for the beauty industry and helping clients achieve their desired look

Pay: £13.85-£14.65 per hour
