Property Manager (Bangor)

Part-Time, Permanent

25 hours per week (some flexibility is offered on hours and working pattern)

About Us

At Rea Estates, we aim to deliver exceptional service. As a long established, professional letting agency, we manage a large and growing portfolio of rental properties for private landlords across Belfast and North Down. We are passionate about what we do, and we place high-quality customer care at the heart of our business.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and client-focused Property Manager or letting agent to join our busy Bangor team. If you have an interest in property, enjoy meeting people and pride yourself on outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You Will Do

In this role you will be the contact for Rea Estates helping landlords manage their property investments, matching tenants with new homes and overseeing day to day tenancy management.

Your daily tasks will include:

Advertising properties, responding to enquiries, and conducting property viewings.
Processing tenancy applications smoothly and efficiently, keeping landlords and tenants up to date with progress
Preparing tenancy documents and inventories and moving tenants into their new home
Carrying out regular property visits to ensure tenancies are running smoothly
Ending tenancies, final inspections and deposit return
Liaise with contractors to arrange routine maintenance and emergency repairs

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a friendly professional who enjoys building relationships with clients and has a working knowledge of residential property

Requirements:

Relevant experience working in property sales, rentals and/or management or experience in a similar service role
A track record of building and maintaining good client relations
Hands-on experience handling maintenance queries, completing property visits and preparing inventories.
Competent user of the usual office software as well as inventory and estate agency apps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role requires travel between properties. Applicants must be able to travel independently and reliably to carry out property inspections and viewings
