Overview

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Pot Washer/Kitchen Assistant and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, supporting culinary staff, and ensuring our guests receive top-quality service. Duties

Efficiently wash, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout your shift
Help with organizing supplies and ensuring all kitchen tools are properly stored and ready for use
Support serving staff during busy service times by preparing necessary items or clearing tables as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues when required

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous
Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and guests
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
