Operations Manager – Facilities Management

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our Facilities Management team.

This is a challenging, fast-paced role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and facilities services, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of engineers and planning coordinators.
Ensure service delivery targets, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
Monitor performance, productivity, and resource allocation across all workstreams.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
Support recruitment, training, and development of operational teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in an Operations Management role within Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related sector.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing mobile engineering teams and scheduling/planning functions.
Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A trade background is essential, with a solid understanding of maintenance and engineering services.
