Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash registers and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Engage with guests to promote specials or upcoming events to enhance their experience.
Adhere to licensing laws and health & safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality setting, particularly in serving or bartending roles, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
A personable attitude with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an engaging environment where your hospitality skills can flourish while providing memorable experiences for our guests.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
