Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication across all branches. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks software
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated efficiently
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking
prepare payrol hours ready for payment
Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Maintain a tidy and organised workspace to promote a productive environment

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy office environments
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management best practices
