Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving beverages and food to our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Assist with food preparation and meal service, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Engage with guests, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering queries.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests.
Uphold the establishment's policies regarding responsible service of alcohol and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience but not mandatory in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving bar service or guest interaction.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking skills, and culinary practices will be advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with both guests and team members.
A background in barista work or knowledge of beverage preparation will be considered an asset. Join us in delivering outstanding service while enjoying the dynamic environment of our establishment!
