Local Business Development Manager – Škoda Division

Bristol & Surrounding Area | Full-Time | Monday–Friday,

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing local business partnerships? Join our Škoda Division as a Local Business Development Manager and play a key role in expanding our presence across Bristol and the surrounding area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys creating new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service to existing clients.

The Role

As our Local Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory, developing strong relationships with local businesses, fleet customers, and company car drivers. Acting as the face of the Škoda brand in your area, you’ll identify new opportunities, deliver tailored mobility solutions, and drive sustainable sales growth.

You’ll have the autonomy to plan and execute strategic sales activity while working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, fleet customers, and key stakeholders
Creating and delivering engaging marketing and outreach campaigns to attract and retain customers
Managing and growing existing accounts, identifying opportunities across both vehicle sales and aftersales services
Maintaining accurate customer and fleet records, producing reports in line with business and manufacturer standards
Representing the Škoda brand professionally and building long-term customer loyalty

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in B2B or business development sales
A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards
Full UK driving licence
An understanding of the local business and fleet market would be an advantage but not essential
