About us.

Invanity is a revenue-first marketing agency driven by the desire to help clients connect their marketing activity to commercial outcomes. We operate across brand and performance marketing, both of which are built upon foundations of intelligent strategy, powerful creative and expert activation. Our account management team is central to how we deliver on that promise, ensuring every client relationship is managed with care, structure, and a clear focus on results.

The role.

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our account management team, supporting and working closely with the Account Director across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll play a key role in day-to-day account and project management, helping to keep client work on track, well-organised, and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities.

Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
Work closely with specialists, including strategy, design, content, web, search, and social.
Help prepare client reports, status updates, and meeting agendas.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks or delays early.
Attend client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions.
Support the wider account team with general administration and account processes.

Requirements.

6–12 months' experience in an agency environment.
Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues early and help find solutions.
Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and with clients.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
Experience working with project management tools.
