Front of House Team Member – Full TimeINDIdog Harbourside Restaurant– Falmouth Harbourside
Immediate Start Available

At INDIdog Harbourside, we’re looking for an energetic, experienced, and guest-focused Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team on Falmouth Harbourside.

This is not just about service - we want people who genuinely love hospitality and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment and brings positive energy to every shift.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Strong customer service experience
Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
Minimum 2 years’ table service experience
Previous experience working in large, high-volume restaurants
Comfortable working in a fast-paced but vibrant hospitality environment
Barista trained
Confident behind the bar with cocktail making experience highly required
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Your Role Will Include:

Delivering warm, attentive and engaging service
Building genuine rapport with guests
Taking food and drink orders efficiently and confidently
Preparing coffees and cocktails to a high standard
Supporting the wider restaurant and bar team during busy services
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment
Going above and beyond to ensure guests leave having had an amazing experience
