Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our busy and expanding team! In this vital role, you will ensure that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive work environment, support team collaboration, and enhance overall office performance. Duties

Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry to keep workflows seamless.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office tools, Teamup and SAGE for financial documentation.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office events to ensure smooth logistical flow.
Perform clerical tasks such as typing reports, updating databases, and processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Support inventory management by tracking supplies and ordering necessary materials to keep the office well-stocked.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing visitor inquiries and supporting team members with administrative needs.

Skills

Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), TeamUp up and SAGE.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with clear verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated data entry accuracy and speed through typing proficiency.
Prior administrative experience that showcases multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with clerical procedures such as filing systems, record keeping, and scheduling.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and office technologies for optimal efficiency.
