Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Prepare a variety of dishes with precision, demonstrating advanced cooking techniques and culinary skills.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment.

Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in serving customers directly is advantageous but not mandatory.
