What We’re Looking For

Skilled plasterers with a strong eye for detail and a clean finish
Experience with skimming, patch repairs, bonding, boarding, making good, and full-room plastering
Ideally some decorating experience, including painting and basic finishing work
Own tools and reliable transport
Professional, polite, and trustworthy — you’ll be working in customers’ homes
Reliable and organised — you do what you say you’re going to do
Someone who takes pride in the overall customer experience, not just the trade work

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Carry out plastering and making-good works to a high and consistent standard
Prepare surfaces properly before plastering
Complete patch repairs, ceiling works, wall repairs, and full-room skimming where required
Protect customers’ homes before starting work
Keep the working area tidy and leave the property in a respectful condition
Communicate clearly with both customers and our team
Take pride in the finish, cleanliness, and overall standard of the job
