Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to support the smooth running of household tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised environment, ensuring that daily domestic duties are completed efficiently. This role is essential in providing a comfortable living space for the household, allowing for a harmonious atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Organise and maintain household items, ensuring everything is in its designated place
Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes
Prepare simple meals or assist with meal preparation as required
Run errands such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning
Provide support with household management tasks, including inventory checks of supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the home environment

Experience

Previous experience in domestic assistance or similar roles is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills to liaise with household members and understand their needs
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tasks
