Full job description

Talk Training Ltd, an employee-owned business, has a position available for a Management Trainee/Qualified Assessor at its office based in Nantgarw. The vacancy is a permanent/full time position.

You will be responsible for the delivery of Management Apprenticeship programmes and ideally you should have experience in the following areas:

Workshop delivery, and the confidence to deliver NVQ and VRQ holistically. Current occupational competence to ensure an up to date working knowledge of the relevant framework.
Good communication skills and a flexible approach with the ability to organise and prioritise own workload are essential.
Applicants must have their own transport and hold a full clean driving licence.
Desirable qualifications: PGCE/ET01/PTTLS, TAQA Assessor Award,

You will be required to complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) application on joining the company, which will be funded by Talk Training.

34.5 hours per week including over a condensed 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday)
