Team Member – Kaspas Dessert Bexleyheath

Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a warm, friendly service.
Take customer orders accurately using the till/POS system.
Prepare and serve desserts, waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, drinks, and other menu items to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop, including customer seating areas, kitchen, and equipment.
Restock ingredients and supplies as required.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Follow food safety, health, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash handling where required.
