Front of House Team MemberPanko & Sushi Crosby

Location: 16 Liverpool Road, Crosby, Liverpool L23 5SF
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent (Part-time opportunities also available)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our team. If you're friendly, energetic, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Welcome and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Answer customer questions about our menu and make recommendations when needed.

Keep Service Running Smoothly

Process payments using the EPOS system.
Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
Keep tables clean, organised, and ready for the next guests.
Support the team during busy service periods.

Maintain High Standards

Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Help with opening and closing duties.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Willingness to learn and develop.
