Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiatior – Join Our Growing Team at Holdens Estate Agents!

About Us

Established in 2013, Holdens is an independent estate agency proudly serving South Ribble, Preston, Longridge, and the surrounding areas of the Ribble Valley. With prominent high street offices in Longridge and Lostock Hall, we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Longridge.

This role will primarily focus on sales and lettings negotiation, with the opportunity to undertake some valuations. Valuation experience is therefore preferred, but not essential.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a key role mainly in sales, while also supporting lettings as needed. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while driving business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service

Handling incoming enquiries, answering calls, and booking market appraisals and viewings

Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties

Uploading property details, writing descriptions, and producing brochures and window displays

Conducting accompanied property viewings

Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, vendors, and landlords

Progressing sales and liaising with solicitors when required

Monitoring the local property market and identifying business opportunities

Providing regular updates and feedback to clients

Generating repeat business and maintaining client relationships

Supporting general office duties as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Strong IT skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off during the week - to be discussed at interview. Potential to be alternate Saturdays)

Part time working discussed at interview

Salary

Starting from £26,000 - discussed at interview
