About Redolution

Redolution is a creative production company in the heart of Preston. We make TV ads, social content, radio commercials and promotional films for agencies and brands. We have earned the right to work with some great agencies and brands. We care about service. We punch above our weight and we’re growing so we need someone to help make it all happen.

This is the Delivery & Ops Enablement Lead, and it’s not classic project management. It’s about enablement: keeping client work moving, freeing our creative team to do their best work, and helping the Directors win more of the right business. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Directors, bringing stakeholder skill, commercial instinct, a love of smart systems, and importantly, a belief that AI is an opportunity, not a threat.

What you’ll do

Enable client delivery: keep projects running end to end, clients confident, and quality high under pressure.
Enable the creative team: handle scheduling, briefs and broadcast compliance (we’ll teach you) so our creatives can focus on the work.
Enable new business: support the Directors on pitches, proposals and onboarding, and help grow the accounts we win.
Drive efficiency: build better systems and bring in tools (including AI) that make us faster, sharper and leaner.

You might already be working in a customer service delivery/customer success role within an agency or studio, in a projects or service delivery environment, or somewhere where you would love the opportunity to change the way things are done.

Or you might be an account manager or producer ready for more breadth, a PA or a founder’s right hand in a small firm wanting a bigger canvas, or someone who’s outgrown a narrow support role and wants to get stuck into the delivery and operation of content production for TV, Radio and video.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
